Pricing/Payment

All prices are in Singapore Dollars and we accept Visa, MasterCard, Amex creditcard payments and PayNow

Refunds & Replacements

Items sold are not exchangeable or refundable. If the Product(s) are defective and/or damaged upon delivery, you may (subject to the terms of this policy) return the Product(s) which are defective/damaged and we will replace (subject to availability) the same for you with the costs of delivery to be borne by us but subject to us approving the mode and manner of delivery beforehand.

An incorrectly sent item must be sent back to us using the original shipping boxes and packing materials and no others. All pieces, components, parts and portions of the Item(s) in question must be returned properly packed and in its original state, including all original accessories, manuals, warranty cards, certificates of authenticity etc. All Product(s) must be in good working condition and of merchantable quality.

All of the following Product(s) are not qualified nor eligible for any return, refund, replacement or exchange:

any Product (including any part thereof) which has been installed, tampered with, assembled, damaged (subsequent to delivery) or in any way used;

any Product where any piece, component, part or portion of the Product in question has (subsequent to delivery) been lost, damaged, configured, used, cracked, scratched, rendered ineffective, compromised, warped, bent, twisted and the like;

any Product which has been (subsequent to delivery) subject to exposure, infestation, rust, water, fluid, corrosive substance, shock, excessive vibration and the like;

any Product where its original shipping boxes and packing materials are missing, lost, damaged or the like.

In the event that your order cancellation is accepted, do note that a restock and administrative fee will be charged.

Delivery is a hard cost incurred and is non-refundable.

You fully agree that the Company has the right to reject any attempted return, replacement, exchange or refund deemed unfit or unreasonable or where the Product(s) have been deemed not to be in full conformance with all of the Pre-Requisite Conditions.

You fully agree that the Company shall not be liable to you (nor any other third party) for any losses, liabilities, costs, damages, charges or expenses relating to any transactions involving the Product(s) (including any indirect damages, loss of profits/revenue, consequential losses and the like).

Product Warranty (Carry-In)

Our standard warranty period is 36 months from the date of delivery for downlights / track lights and lighting fixtures and lamp bulbs. Some led items have a shorter period of warranty and this is stated in the product description on the website. The warranty is valid only if the item is properly installed, correctly operated, used under decent maintenance and if there appears a clear manufacturing defect. The order confirmation must be submitted together with your request.

The warranty does not cover damages caused by misuse, corrosion or a result of defective maintenance. The warranty does not cover either shut-down cost of production or other consequential damages.

Titan Smarttech Pte Ltd reserves the right to repair the item(s), replace with an item of a similar value or provide a refund for the item.

Product Quality Claim / Returns

The images of the products on our Website are for illustrative purposes only and are not to scale. Please refer to the measurements in the product description for accuracy on the product size. Colours of products may differ due to colour calibration of individual’s computer and it might appear darker/lighter in reality. For measurements, please allow variance +/- of 3cm. All lighting fixtures are sold without bulbs.

We do not warrant that product descriptions or other content on the Website are accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free.

Customers are advised to check their item at delivery and reject any damaged item. If you did not reject any item, please email us at info@whiteluz.sg within 24 hours from receipt of item with supporting photos and videos.

Installation

Prices shown on this website is without installation charge. We provide installation service for a fee. Please contact our team at info@whiteluz.sg for more information.

Pre-Order

For products under pre-order, the lead time for delivery will be up to 8-12 weeks. If your order consists of pre-order and in-stock items, all the items will be delivered only when the pre-order items arrive.

Delivery

We offer free delivery for purchases with a total value of $120 (nett) and above. Delivery is made anywhere within Singapore (except offshore islands and restricted zones).Kindly refer to Annex A for those restricted area for delivery.

We usually ship your orders in 3 to 5 working days if the stocks are available, otherwise we will contact you to make further arrangements.

It is required for customers to be present during the stipulated delivery time to avoid holding up the delivery team from deliveries to other customers. We seek your understanding on this.

Titan Smarttech Pte Ltd reserves the right to change the delivery date and time should any unforeseen circumstances arise in the midst of delivery. While we endeavor to adhere to our schedule delivery timings and warrant to act within our means to notify you the soonest possible of any delays or difficulties, you acknowledge that you will, at no point in time, hold Titan SmartTech Pte Ltd liable for any inconvenience, losses, damages, injury, charges, expenses and/or deaths that may arise from any delayed, postponed, incomplete or unfulfilled deliveries, to the extend permitted by Law.

Self-collection at our Head Office or Retail Showroom is available, please select this option at check-out. There is no charge for self-collection at our Head Office at 5 Little Road #05-01 Cemtex Industrial Building (S)536983

Maintenance Package

Our standard warranty period is 12 to 36 months depending on product purchased from the date of delivery for the lighting fixture. Some led items have a longer period of warranty and this is stated in the product description on the website.

Item(s) and component(s) not available in Singapore will need a specific lead time to be replace and be advise by our specialist.

On-site appointment date for rectification will be advise within 1-3 working days upon receiving customer’s feedback.

If item(s) failure is not due to manufacturer defect, Titan Smarttech Pte Ltd reserve the right to bill customer for the item(s) replacement and transportation fee.

On-site replacement only valid for area within Singapore. (except offshore islands and restricted zones). Kindly refer to Annex A for those restricted area for servicing.
